PAYMENT:

All buyers MUST wait until they receive an eBay invoice before making any payment.

Payment must be made within five(5) days of receipt of invoice.

We accept PayPal, Visa, and Wire/Bank transfer.

Buyers from Asia, Africa, South America must pay via Wire/Bank transfer .

Non-Paying bidders will be reported to E-Bay.

TAXES:

Canadian residents pay 12% HST.

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes/tariffs if levied by their countries.

SHIPPING COSTS:

We are located in CANADA.

Costs are calculated by using www.ups.com/canada and www.canadapost.ca

Buyers should check shipping costs from our postal code V9H 1N6 to theirs via the websites above.

We only charge what we are quoted. No handling fee, No packaging fee, Nothing more!

In case of extenuating circumstances (e.g. Postal Strike) we will use the next most convenient shipping method. The buyer is responsible for covering any additional charges that may result.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges are the buyers responsibility.

Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the

item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

UPS is our preferred courier, Canada Post is an option but you waive any right to claim against non-delivery or to give us bad feedback if you choose Canada Post.

In the event that your item does not arrive or has been damaged in transit, we must be allowed sufficient time to raise a case with the carrier on your behalf. The time involved depends on the the terms as dictated to us by the carrier. This is a freight issue only.

No third party shipping.

We value our clientele and if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us before leaving any negative feed back and or anything less then five stars. Buyers who in our view leave unfair feedback will be blocked.

No warranty, No liability on all safety items and on all individual boards/cards from any individual system, panels, drives as we do not know what happens to them when they leave our facility. We mark each item with our own code to prevent any possible tampering and to prevent any unscrupulous buyer from swapping their item with ours.
