Goods must be unused and in their original packaging (Damaged packaging carries a repacking charge). The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Faulty goods :-In the unlikely event that an item is returned because it is faulty, it must be returned to us and it will be sent to either our supplier or an independent specialist for test or examination - we will only issue a refund or new part once we have the test / examination results.
