Return policy details:
We will only accept returns only if the item returned is in the original condition that it were sent in (re-saleable and unused, with any packaging intact and sealed) within 7 working days, for either a full refund or exchange. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty items:
If you receive a faulty item, please let us know immediately, detailing the item and the fault(s). We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent or a full refund to be given, on return of the item.
