If, however, you do have a genuine problem with your purchase once it has been received, under the Distance Selling Act you will be allowed to return the goods for up to 30 days after taking receipt of them.

Please be aware that to receive a full credit/refund, returns MUST arrive with us in a good, re-sellable condition with a valid Returns Number.

Postage and Packing charges for returns will be met by the customer unless goods are either dispatched (by us) in error or arrive damaged.
